Program Director
We are currently partnering with a renowned events and communications agency in Riyadh, seeking a Program Director to lead the strategy, design, and execution of high-profile conferences. This role involves crafting compelling agendas, curating relevant content, securing influential speakers, and ensuring flawless on-site execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management within the events industry, with a strategic vision for delivering engaging and insightful conference experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Strategy and Design: Develop and shape the conference theme, structure, and agenda, ensuring alignment with industry trends, target audience interests, and organizational objectives.
- Content Development: Research and identify key topics, trends, and emerging issues in the industry. Work closely with stakeholders, including industry experts, sponsors, and clients, to design relevant and impactful conference sessions.
- Speaker Acquisition and Management: Identify, source, and secure high-profile speakers, ensuring a diverse and balanced lineup. Manage speaker relations, including briefing, coordination, and ensuring alignment with conference themes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of content and logistics.
- On-site Management: Lead and manage the on-site execution of the conference, including speaker management, schedule adherence, and troubleshooting to ensure the program runs smoothly.
- Audience Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance audience engagement through interactive sessions, panel discussions, workshops, and Q&A formats.
- Post-Event Analysis: Gather feedback from attendees, speakers, and stakeholders to evaluate the conference’s success. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for future program improvements.
