Role Purpose
The Interim Sales Growth Director will be responsible for accelerating sales across multiple group brands with a particular focus on new business, renewals, and account management. Working closely with the Group Managing Director, this role will galvanize the sales organisation to drive immediate sales performance improvement, enhance the customer experience, and create growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Management: Directing and influencing sales and business development across brands to improve sales performance and productivity.
- Sales, Renewals, and New Business Development: Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Customer Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Sales Operations and Process Optimisation: Overseeing the development and implementation of efficient sales strategies, processes, tools, and systems.
- Reporting and Analysis: Providing regular reports to stakeholders analysing sales performance inputs and outputs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
