This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients, focusing on business development, client engagement, and strategic growth within the banking sector. Involving close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-value services, drive new opportunities, and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management, oversee a portfolio of banking global clients including development and monitoring annual global client plans
  • Conduct market and client-specific research to identify growth opportunities
  • Lead initiatives to achieve global revenue and profitability targets
  • Client Reporting- prepare and interpret client financial and non-financial reports
  • Organises client events in collaboration with internal teams and external providers, promote diversity and inclusion initiatives through tailored client activities
  • Facilitate feedback reviews and ensures actionable outcomes, share and implement best practices across client portfolios

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in client relationship management within a law or professional services firm, with exposure to banking or financial services clients
  • Strong research, analytical, and project management capabilities
  • Team player who shares knowledge, motivates and coaches others
  • Displays exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a proactive and client-focused approaches
