Oumama leads our team in recruiting marketing, business development and sales, digital, communications and PR roles across the Middle East and Africa. She started her marketing career in 2011 working managing nine African countries before moving to Belgium to become an international communication and marketing consultant for cooperation and development projects funded by the European Commission. In 2016, Oumama moved to the recruitment industry, sourcing talent for sales and marketing permanent roles, where she recruits managers to senior executives within the GCC and Africa. Oumama holds two master’s degrees in marketing and organisational management from a top university in France.
