Khaoula joined Carter Murray in 2019 to lead the FMCG, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences sectors across the MENA region. She graduated from business school with a master’s degree in HR and began her recruitment career at a leading British-based recruitment firm covering French-speaking Africa. She has successfully recruited many roles for local and multinational businesses, including mid-managers to senior directors from various backgrounds across sectors. Khaoula is multilingual and speaks Arabic, French, and English. She has strong communication skills combined with well-established candidate and client relationships.
