Partnership with myGwork
Carter Murray is proud to announce a new global partnership with myGwork, an award winning business community for LGBTQ+ professionals, inclusive organisations and anyone who believes in workplace equality. myGwork helps to promote diversity and inclusion both in the workplace and beyond by offering its members a safe space where they can connect with inclusive employers, find jobs, mentors and professional events, which makes it an ideal partner for our brand given our strong commitment to diversity and inclusive within recruitment.
Carter Murray is committed to being both an inclusive employer of choice as well as attracting and representing a diverse network of candidates. Our partnership with myGwork, launched at the start of World Pride month, demonstrates our continued support to help the LGBTQ+ community find jobs and inclusive organisations to work for” said Jo Major, Social Purpose Lead for The SR Group.
From June 2019 all of our roles will be automatically advertised on myGwork’s job board and our consultants across the globe will have access to myGwork’s extensive candidate database so our clients can be confident that we will be able to provide them with the most diverse pool of talent that other agencies might not be able to access. Carter Murray’s employees can also get involved in mentoring programmes, attend events and host workshops that will enable them to share their expertise to add value to the LGBTQ+ community.
“As a gay man, I am delighted that Carter Murray is formalising its support for the LGBTQ community with the myGwork partnership. As well as providing LGBTQ+ professionals with access to inclusive jobs and employers, it also provides an opportunity for LGBTQ+ employees across The SR Group like myself to help the community by joining myGwork’s mentor programme and becoming a visible role model” said Michael Jones, Group Head of Learning & Development.
“We now have access to an additional talent pool of over 250,000 professionals, and can help our clients achieve their ambitions in regards to attracting diverse candidates and promoting themselves as inclusive employers. We look forward to working with myGwork and continuing to support the LGBTQ+ community, not just during Pride month but all year round” said David Buckley, CEO The SR Group.
