In 2019, Khaoula joined Carter Murray to lead the FMCG, pharmaceuticals and life sciences sectors across the MENA region, given her strong network and track record. She graduated from business school with a master’s degree in HR and began her recruitment career at a leading British-based recruitment firm covering French-speaking Africa. She has successfully recruited a large number of roles for local and multinational businesses, including mid managers to senior directors from various backgrounds across sectors. Khaoula is multilingual and speaks Arabic, French and English. She has strong communication skills combined with well-established candidate and client relationships.
