This Client Relationship Management Programme Senior Executive is positioned in a leading international law firm and will play a crucial role managing the firm’s Client Relationship Management Programme (CRMP) for approximately 70 clients. You will work closely with partners and other fee earners to enhance client relationships, drive client value, identify new business opportunities, and increase revenue.

As a Client Relationship Management Programme Senior Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • The coordination of internal meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring their completion.
  • Actively participating in CRMP meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of client relationships, key stakeholders, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Train and support Client Relationship Associates to develop and execute client plans and set objectives for clients in the “Growth” category.
  • Work closely with the Business Intelligence Team to analyse client financial data, prepare reports for senior leadership, and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Manage the global client development cross-selling tracker, capture missed opportunities, share relevant information across the firm, and track the completion of agreed actions.
  • Report on CRMP progress using both financial and non-financial metrics, utilize and develop the CRM database, conduct research to understand client needs, monitor client performance, and manage the BD secondment program.

The successful candidate for this role will have previous exposure managing client relationships within a professional services environment as well as the proven ability to manage multiple deliverables independently.
